In accordance with the stipulations of the European General Data Protection Regulation, and in compliance with the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999, the party responsible for processing your data is CorpEdificacions, S.L., domiciled for contact purposes at Av. Diagonal 463 Bis, 08036 – Barcelona (Spain) ("Corp").

2. What does Corp use your personal data for?

Corp uses your personal data to provide you, by whatever means, with:

(a) Informative newsletters about Corp's products, services and activities, and

(b) The information you requested about certain property developments.

3. Why does Corp use your personal data?

Limiting processing	You can ask for the processing of your data to be limited: - If a query as to the inaccuracy of your data is confirmed, - If processing is illicit and you object to the deletion of your data, - If Corp does not need to process your data but you need them to make or oppose claims, - If you objected to the processing of your data to perform a function in the public interest or in pursuit of a legitimate interest, while determining whether the legitimate reasons for processing prevail over your objection.
