1. Who is responsible for processing your data?
In accordance with the stipulations of the European General Data Protection Regulation, and in compliance with the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999, the party responsible for processing your data is CorpEdificacions, S.L., domiciled for contact purposes at Av. Diagonal 463 Bis, 08036 – Barcelona (Spain) ("Corp").
2. What does Corp use your personal data for?
Corp uses your personal data to provide you, by whatever means, with:
(a) Informative newsletters about Corp's products, services and activities, and
(b) The information you requested about certain property developments.
3. Why does Corp use your personal data?
The legal basis allowing Corp to process your personal data is the consent you have given by filling in and sending the forms provided on the website.
4. How long will Corp keep your personal data?
Corp will only process your data while the developments in which you have expressed an interest remain current and, where appropriate, while you express no objection to receiving such electronic messages or information newsletters.
Once these periods have ended, Corp will keep your data, without processing it in any way, until the statute of limitations for liabilities that might arise from processing your data has expired. This period will be a maximum of five years.
5. Who does Corp share your personal data with?
Corp will not pass on your data to third parties unless this is necessary to meet a legal obligation.

- If Corp does not need to process your data but you need them to make or oppose claims,
- If you objected to the processing of your data to perform a function in the public interest or in pursuit of a legitimate interest, while determining whether the legitimate reasons for processing prevail over your objection.

Furthermore, you can withdraw the consent you have given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing of your data, by sending an application to lopd@corp.cat specifying the subject "WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT". To exercise your rights and withdraw your consent you must send a copy of your identity card or other document proving your identity.
In any case, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) or any other competent authority.

CONDITIONS OF PRIVACY
In accordance with the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999 and with the information society services and e-commerce act, Law 34/2002 of 11th July 2002, I agree and consent that the data of a personal nature I have supplied to CorpEdificacions, S.L. may be processed for the purposes of commercial management, so that in the future, even when the commercial relationship has ended, it can keep me informed about the products and/or services it markets. These data will be added by CorpEdificacions, S.L. to files it owns, registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. You are further informed that the security measures required by current legislation to ensure their confidentiality will be taken. You may at any time exercise your rights to access, deletion, correction, objection and withdrawal of the consent given by writing to CorpEdificacions, S.L., domiciled at 08036 Barcelona, Av. Diagonal, 463 Bis, clearly stating your first name, surname(s) and address or by sending an email to lopd@corp.cat, and if you do not wish to be informed about the products and/or services of CorpEdificacions, S.L. you must specify the subject: "WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT".
