“Our way of thinking and operating makes us one of the most innovative companies in the real estate sector, designing and building cutting-edge developments. We listen to the needs of the market and our clients to create the homes that they have always dreamed of, ensuring the very best in terms of quality, design and comfort”, explains Joan Carles Sánchez, Director of Institutional Relations at Corp.
Moving towards a new model: housing 3.0
Corp is now embarking on a new phase in which it is going one step further, investing in a housing 3.0 model, the housing of the future, based on an “all-encompassing” architectural concept, which focuses on the individual needs of each space. It incorporates the latest advances in home automation and technology, using eco-friendly materials and ensuring energy-efficient and sustainable constructions.
Housing 3.0 features access control home automation systems, which can be controlled from any mobile device; digital HVAC system; Wi-Fi video-entry and video surveillance system; rooms are fitted with Bluetooth and USB ports; remote-controlled electronic blinds and curtains; lifts with smart management systems and in-built memory recognition systems to monitor each of the building’s entrances.
The car park, which is designed to be a pleasant space, boasts piped music and electrical vehicle recharging points, each equipped with individual supply and metre in order to minimise costs.
Not forgetting the possibility of clients being able to customise various elements of their future homes, such as finishings, interior decoration and security systems and technology. The owners will be able to extend the services and change the decoration of their homes to suit their lifestyles.
