Off-plan reservations for 3.0 homes exceed 80%

Off-plan reservations for real estate developer Corp’s two new ‘3.0 home’ developments have already exceeded 80%, just eight weeks after going on the market. Located in the towns of El Masnou and Sant Just Desvern, these innovative projects mark the beginning of a new phase in which the company is investing in housing of the future.

In El Masnou, 112 homes have been off-plan reserved of the forecast 150. In Sant Just, 175 homes have been off-plan reserved of the forecast 202.

Corp is investing in third generation housing, a new development model based on an “all-encompassing” architectural concept, which focuses on the individual needs of each space. It incorporates the latest advances in home automation and technology from the moment the very first brick is laid.

“Since it was very first founded, Corp has always worked to understand its clients’ needs and satisfy their requirements. There is currently an increasing demand on the market for specific installations and services related to layout, open-plan spaces, communal areas and energy-saving features” explains Joan Carles Sánchez, Corp's Director of Institutional Relations.

In response to this, Corp’s developments boast multipurpose communal and leisure areas complete with swimming pool and sun deck, whilst the apartments feature spacious terraces and balconies that bathe the rooms in natural light. The real estate developer also continues to offer clients the possibility to customise finishings and is committed to integrating the latest advances in home automation and technology into its new projects. 

All apartments feature a digital HVAC system, a Wi-Fi video-entry and video surveillance system; Bluetooth and USB ports, as well as remote-controlled electronic blinds and curtains in each of the rooms; a lift with a smart management system and an in-built memory recognition system to monitor each of the building’s entrances. 

Corp also works to provide safe and eco-friendly buildings by incorporating thermal insulation with double-glazing and air cavities in windows and balcony windows. The apartments also feature an integrated thermal air cooling, heating and hot domestic water system, a high efficiency heat pump system considered a renewable and sustainable energy source, energy-efficient LED lighting and light movement sensors to ensure minimal energy consumption. 

The car park, which is designed to be a pleasant space, boasts electric vehicle recharging points, each equipped with individual electricity supply and a metre in order to minimise costs. 

Housing of the future: ‘Nou Centre’ and ‘Els Miralls’
The ‘Els Miralls’ development located in Sant Just Desvern next to Torreblanca park, will comprise 202 apartments, 12 retail units and 246 parking spaces arranged over more than 33,000 sqm. The project includes 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments featuring spacious terraces and far-reaching views out over the unique setting, including several parks and gardens. The development is just 10 minutes away from Barcelona and benefits from a wide range of local amenities.  

The ‘Nou Centre’ development comprises 38,658 sqm and is located between Calle Flos i Calçat and Calle Italia, close to Can Jordana in the town of El Masnou. It is an area that has been fully redeveloped as part of the Masnou Town Council’s urban regeneration plan.
